    IR2270 image shift on flatbed when copying

    It just so happens that i have another canon here that when making copies, the image is loosing the top .5-.75". im not sure if this is the scanner, or the reg. assy? i had entered the service mode and played with the settings on the ADJ XY setting i beleive, but it didnt do much. Is there any kind of facory reset/default reset of these settings incase the end user had gone in and played around? thanks

    ==============================

    Check door specifications
    Replace registration clutch
    Worn paper feed/separation rollers

    Adjusting the Leading Edge Non-Image Width can be completed by the following adjustment:
    Enter service mode to make adjustment in COPIER > ADJUST > ADJ-XY > ADJ-X.
    Decreasing the adjustment by 10 will decrease the non-image width by 1 mm.

      Would anyone happen to have the above mentioned part numbers? I am new to canon, but have been a tech for printers and plotters for eight years now, this is just a new animal to me and any help would be much appreciated. thank you

      Also, how would i go about seeing what jam errors are present in the memory? thanks again.
