The toner sensors can be checked in I/O mode.
To check the TS1 sensor go to I/O>DC-CON>P021 bit 1. Toner being detected will indicate "1."
The TS2 sensor can be checked at I/O>DC-CON>P030 bit3. Toner being detected will indicate "1."

Check that pins 2, 3 and 4 of the intermediate connector J3407B are making proper connection.
The connector may need to be reseated .

You may need to replace the harness to resolve the error code.
The part number for the harness is FM2-2839-020.

Thank you very much TECKAT. Ur solution very detail. But for*I/O>DC-CON>P021 bit 1 is it only have 1 at the end of the number? because if i not remember wrongly at the last 4 digit is something like 1001. Is it mean NORMAL?

But you have fitted another dev unit & hopper so you have already replaced the toner sensors!?(one sensor in each)

I exchange the Dev Unit & Hopper together with the sensors from other same model machine. But very weird is i already exchange 2 unit of dev and hopper(with sensor) still the same until yesterday i exchange another dev and hopper (with sensors), it dint show err code E020 and E024 yet.

HOHoHO~ the problem back AGAIN. hahaha.... and i notice that the machine which under my maintenance coverage, all P021 last 4 digit is 1001. Is it the iR2230,2270 can't print more then 400 pages continuously?

What is the TONER % coverage on your documents
                      [post an example]

                      DC Controller issue &
u need to check your harness connection again(see previous posted pics

1001 ==This means NO TONER REMAINING
