Canon IRC 3220 upper roller temperature

I want to know that if we can change or adjust the upper roller or lower roller tempeature. because when we take full color doc, it will be attached to the surface of upper roller. full black doc has no problem. Thanks

change the settings to thick or labels instead of plain. the machine runs slower and hotter. It gives it time to get into the paper fiber instead of leaving half of it on the rollers. Bad part the machine will be slower. try thick setting first. prints look better too!

what type of paper using/ ? what is the Paper weight ?
if the NIP Pressure is to light/ full color printing will curl up around roller -

u need to remove finisher to test NIP PRESSURE

      COPIER>FUNCTION>FIXING>NIPCHK
Center of paper MEASUREMENT (SHINNY AREA)

NIP.JPGtemperature to 180 degrees in service mode (FUNCTION>OPTION LEVEL 1>BODY>TEMP-TBL set from "0" to "2").
Based on experience, this has not caused any performance problems, however, variables in your environment and the type of job being run by the customer could yield different results.

Setting to HEAVY will increase fixing temperature

When the paper source whether any cassette or the stack bypass is set to HEAVY, there will be a delay for the first copy as the machine waits for the fixing temperature to increase and other adjustments being prepared.

Controlling the Speed According to the Type of Paper-
machine controls the fixing roller to the following 2 speeds to suit the type of medium
      used:
      Medium Type--------Fixing speed
      Plain paper-----------129.1 mm/sec
      Thick paper-----------64.55 mm/sec
      Monochrome transparency---129.1 mm/sec
      Color transparency----64.55 mm/sec

The speed of the fixing roller is reduced (to half) to ensure good fixing on thick paper (thick paper speed) or on a full-color transparency (full-color transparency mode).
