[Jamming] IR 5570: ADF Jam

My ADF is paper jam when start the first original paper. The lamp blinking continuous, so I must to turn off the machine.

I have taken service mode

FEEDER > FUNCTION for All function items, and ADJUSTMENT/CLEANING FEEDER. Usually, it is can solve the problem before, but now this step doesn't work anymore. What happened?

It sounds like there is still something jammed in the Document feeder even after you have removed the jammed original. Perhaps the first thing to do is take a can of air and blow out all of the paper detect sensors, also it would be easier to diagnose the problem if you were to read the jam code and let us know what it is, the jam codes or error codes do give exact clues to which component is related to the problem.
