canon IR2525 E247

I have one canon ir2525 machine ,but when mathine came back , I turn on the machine , it show the error code E247 , i don't know what happened !

anybody who can tell me how to do ? thanks very much!


but i check the error from the internet ,they say the system error! If the system error how to clear this error ?

Soft Counter Circuit error code
E247Neither the Counter Memory PCB nor the Serial Number PCB can be swapped to other equipment.
The Counter Memory PCB keeps track of the total count, which cannot be erased or changed. The service counters are retained by the Main Controller. These counters can be reset manually through service mode. When the Counter Memory PCB must be replaced, after installing the new one, the new Counter Memory PCB learns the Total Count from the Main Controller. This is retained in SRAM on the Main Controller PCB and held active by means of an on board battery.

i think the machine someone take the pcb ,so I don't konw what can I do ! maybe i think the machine can put somewhere sleep le ~
