    [Error Code] Canon ir C1021i - TX Function Not Completed 0753

    Hello and thanks for reading.
    I have a problem with my company's Canon C1021i when scanning to email. We recently had to format and rebuild our Windows 2008 SBS Server and since then whenever we try to scan we get a report saying the TX function was not completed with the error code 0753.
    The server was rebuilt with the same server name, IP, DNS and domain settings as it had been so the scanner should think that nothing has actually changed for it. User accounts that the Canon used for authentication have been set up as before with same rights.
    I can't work this out so any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Many Thanks

    ==================================

    Check the network cable and other connections. If the machine does not work properly after the connections are adjusted, reboot the machine.

    TRY Re-seating the Dimm on the main controller

    Restore the Standard Send Settings back to the original default settings.
    Use the following steps to restore the settings:
    1) Press the Main Menu Button.
    2) Press Additional Functions.
    3) Select Common Settings.
    4) Select TX Settings.
    5) Select Change Send Func. Mode.
    6) Select Initialize.
    7) Select Yes.
