Paper stops in finisher. 11 x 17 only from tray four. Other papers work. Didnt get to spend much time on it but this could be a software problem. I know it needs updated. Will do soon.

from using DF ? & selecting tray 4

1-all other sizes are recognized in tray 4 y/n
2-tested other sizes in tray 4 ,they never jam ? y/n
3-tested 11x17 ,does not jam from other trays ? y/n

look in RUI(online) and see if paper loaded in tray 4 shows 11x17

yes that is the jam it gives. Ill test it later. Just funny to get a finisher jam code on this 11 x 17. Yes other sizes work.
