canon ir1020. the problem is i cannot install it on a pc via usb. it seems that the pc cannot recognize it as a printer. i downloaded the driver software from the canon website, the driver cannot see that the machine is plugged in the usb port so it doesn't install further. i cannot install the printer manually by updating the driver software from devices and printers because it doesnt recognise the machine as a printer. when making copies, after 6 copies or less it stops printing due to page size error: "change paper size, A4" the machine prints only A4. i cleaned all the sensors, all the rollers, i changed the fuser film, i cleaned the fuser rollers and the two sensors. but with no effect. what should i do? firmware upgrade?
