heading out for 60 mile service call and want to cover as much as much possible so i dont have to go back. anyway customer says that when printing docs they are not centered every thing is fine when copies are made only when they print, they said it happens on legal, letter and letter R. ........any suggestions are greatly welcomed .. thanks

well if its a north to south issue adjust the cassettes accordingly(check manual for this). if its an east to west scenario u may wantt to fiddle with the adjust/feed adj tab in service mode. cant remember exactly which one to doctor regist or something like that (again check manual under service mode)
