ir7086 finisher error code

Hi, today i got an error code from the ir7086 e532-8002. Unfortunately i dont have a service manual for the finisher. Can anyone guide me whats the code about?

I gave a tried on swapping the staple motor and cleaned the home position sensor but the problem still there.

If someone can guide me also the code for e540-8001. Pretty much appreciate. ty

E532 There is a stapler shift error. (finisher)8001 The home position sensor does not go off
even when the stapler shift motor has
rotated for a specific period of time.
1. Check the stapler shift home position
sensor. Is the sensor normal?
2. Check the wiring between the finisher
controller PCB and the stapler shift
motor. Is it normal?
3. Is there any mechanical obstacle in the
path of the stapler shift base?
4. Try replacing the stapler shift motor. Is
the problem corrected?
8002 The home position sensor does not go on
even when the stapler shift motor has
rotated for a specific period of time.

E540 There is an upper tray ascent/decent error. (finisher)
Code Description Remedy
8001 There is a fault in the upper tray ascent/
descent motor clock.
1. Check the No. 1 tray area sensors 1
through 3. Are they normal?
2. Check the wiring between the finisher
controller PCB and the No. 1 tray shift
motor. Is it normal?
3. Is there a fault in the tray ascent/
descent mechanism?
4. Try replacing the No. 1 tray shift
motor. Is the problem corrected?
8002 There is an area fault.
8003 The safety switch has gone on

Sorry but I can't give you any experiential information due to, well, no experience here. Hope this helps.

Thanks Ron for the information.
I will check on staple unit path since i saw something small piece broken nearby it.

Can someone spare me only finisher SM for ir7086? Pretty much appreciate.

Some wires in the harness below the stapler, sometimes break, from flexing all the time.

Hi, today i did an error code e540-8001 solve. At first i changed tray A shift motor and its no cure then i changed the whole tray A assy with the wiring and the problem still the same. i though it was the finisher main PCB but the problem still there after changing it. After i smoke cigarette then it solve after changed the main power supply PCB.
