irc 3220 yellow background

When making copies they come out with yellow background, print and fax's are fine, if i make a copy choosing a single color including yellow they come out fine. I tried another drum unit and still had same results. no matter what color of paper your original is printed on the copies come out with yellow background. Thanks for feedback.

When i removed transfer belt to ck it the connecter with contacts was cracked in half. I replaced the whole unit and both issues resolved. No yellow background and autogradation is working. Again thanks.
