IR 2200 Service Menu

Hello,

I have an IR2200 Copier, i got an error message E000014-0000 and it is refusing to start up. The error was due to an electric problem and is already fixed. I need to enter the service mode in order to clear the error, could anyone tell me how i can enter the service mdode in the IR2200?

this is fixing motor fault
you need to replace main power pcb, fixing motor or dc controller board
you can not reset this error

copier -- functions-- clear --err
but, there e014 , so you must check composite power supply, main motor and dc control..
