c3220 maual need ,,unhook spring

here is my c3220 pics , open the fuser door ,one the left top side there is a connecting rod with a spring -
i can see the spring unhook
someone can give me the picture to see that sping ?

A teckat said, slide out the MP tray found on the right of the machine and this will give you access to the part of the machine you have shown. I can see that you have removed a screw and dropped it into the machine. What are you trying to do? What problem do you have? Explain a bit more so that we can assist.

Press the release button on the machine’s right side to slide out the manual feed unit .

Remove the screw [1] and the stopper plate [2]; then, detach the manual feed unit [3].

as you mention a screw inside ,these i found ,that screw i did not know when it drop
the reason i found the spring unhook is my magenta drum leak
and i print out test pg 6 and pg 10 if you enlarge the pg 6 you will see a light magenta
i already clean and check itb belt -before-- i follow tekcat took out big metal plate and ground to metal finger
tomorrow i will took all the feed out to see ---
is that spring hook somewhere that cause cleaning blade not clean the itb belt ?
took out magenta drum there is a mengenta toner a line on side of itb belt

STREAK on ITB SHEET_ remove ITB SHEET & AND CHECK the Magenta Primary Chg Roller position --- make sure the plastic bushing holders F/R for it are not damaged or missing their small springs>especially the one on side of M line on ITB ( If M Roller is not held down >it will sit to high and push up ITB Sheet into M Drum)

believe it or not
recently i took out the itb belt to clean it out several times
i just took out a week before
yesterday i took out again to check the plastic holder and spring
everything is clean and in its position
but the printout is dirt and a strange backgroud with light magenta with a pattern
pg6 and pg10 is good , i put the large metal back,and installed
then i do the inside page xerox printing one hour later the pg6 and pg10 is good
first print one ,continue one printout ---
an hour try two pages ----
another hour try three pages---
another hour try fives pages for each printout
750 copies it tooks me 6 hours to finished
the conclusion : unknown but something very strange

are u using Heavy Paper ?
what % amount of color coverage ? (PG10 is 99 % coverage)
did u have a wavy image on paper

wavy or light image on a color=
Ensure that all the Drum Ground contact clips are making a good connection with the grounding pin on the machine frame.
Reform the contact clips and replace if it is badly deformed.

the scan image is printed from computer by pass tray 12 x18 paper coated text shiny gloss not by copy glass
i scan the image 8 x 11
