Hi does anyone do wide format machines as i have a Error 2813 on a W8400 can anyone advise please.

Service Mode

	Turn on printer while holding down the PAPER SOURCE(Feeder Selection) & INFORMATION buttons.

error-2813= Left print-head error
Open top cover and replace the left print-head

Intermittent error 2813 while printing Y/N

Try Replacing the "Head Management Sensor" (part number: QM2-2530-000 ) AND performing "Nozzle check Position"

Check if the the belt tension idle roller guide(QE1 2691 000) is broken/ will cause the carriage not in the correct position over the head management sensor causing the intermittent issue.
