Hello everyone!!! I have a problem on machine showing on screen "READING LOG IN PROCESS please wait". even after 4 hours still showing same display, I decided to update a firmware but still same problem... somebody can help me to solve this?

Message is cleared by performing MMI clear. Before clearing MMI, print out an Output Report via Settings/Registration > Preferences > Network > Output Report.
Be sure to backup the user entered settings/information on the machine before clearing MMI.
Backup can be performed via RUI.
-Forwarding Settings
-Preferences
-Adjustment/Maintenance
-Function Settings
-Set Destination
-Management Settings
-Printer Settings
Re-enter Network information:
Go to Preferences > Confirm Network connection Set changes and Turn On > TCP/IP settings > IPv4 Settings > IP Address Settings and re-enter information. Close the window and re-boot copier to a working condition.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
