This C7000 has an AB1 finisher
          dc-con 56.04
          sorter 15.01
          mn-cont 87.01
          MAin board version 8
          controller version 8701.7902.5604
          bootrom 79.02-c

I can put a paper on one of the sensors and it declairs a jam but when i remove it and close the doors it will not clear. in fact usually when you clear a jam the indicator on the screen will clear and then you close the doors to warm up.

I also put interlock keys in the doors just in case they may not of been actuating all the way but they seem fine.

this might have something to do with it. just threw this code

          E006 Door unit error
          0002 Illegal unit error
Detected abnormal connection detect error when all doors are closed, from the unit listed below.
          - Registration unit
Disconnect and then connect the connector for Registration unit
