The Mashine alters the transfer and sep currents in duplex mode, for me it looks, like you are working in an almost damp area. Try the following: lower the two sep wires 1mm each and raise the transfer wire 1mm, that should do the trick. You will have to try out the position of the sep wires, if they are too low, you will get three black marks at the front of the page, because the sheet will flap up and touch the drum separation claw assy.

      Service Mode :
      COPIER - OPTION - BODY - TRNSG-SW ENTER 2 OK (default = 3).
I have done this and minimize the blur.

Hi, the problem still the same even i played around with transfer and separation highness but it solve when i set value to 2 at COPIER - OPTION - BODY - TRNSG-SW. How does it work with TRNSG-SW?

It is just an experience with the old IR105 which is identical with IR7105.
If TRNSG-SW is set to 2, the Transfer Guides is biased at only 200VDC causing the weaker attraction of the Separation Coronas, giving more chance for the toner transfer to paper.

There is one thing i forgot to mention, as you replaced the corona assys, did you reset the counters in service mode too? this is very important, because the mashine adjust its corona currents in depending of the counter value.

I did not know that, although I zero my counts to make it easier to know what to replace
