    ir7095 finisher-V1 jam

Hi. Today i disable tray B function for the 2nd unit of ir7095's finisher. It always jam at the top of finisher once we use collate. Jam code 1107. After i change the buffer motor the problem solve for 1-2 hours. After that it jam at the same place.

It seems like the delivery roller drive by buffer motor delay for transfering the paper to swing guide.
Do i really need to order Finisher controller PCB? Or any professional advice? thank you

The swing guide dampers are sticking. Replace them if you can or eliminate them for, at least, a diagnosis purpose.

The paper deflectors under the upper cover has sticky sponge dampers to minimize clicking sound.
Replace them or just tear them off (the finisher get noisy).

          Hello,

The paper deflector is shown with the blue arrow and the sponge damper position is approximatively shown in red arrow.
