Re: Problem with Canon IRC3200
it shows REPLACE or Prepare New Toner Cartridges
or at the bottom left of the display is the message 'Install Toner Cartridge', toggling between all four colors.
This can indicate a problem with FU27 on the fuse pcb. or other Fuses
The indication to replace all four toner cartridges can be a result of low voltage output from this fuse (ie: 5vdc on one side and 2vdc on the other indicates a bad fuse). To check the fuse use frame ground for your volt meter negative lead and measure both sides of the fuse for 5vdc, if it measures anything other than 5vdc replace the fuse pcb. You can also check the output of this fuse at connector J64 pin 5, this 5vdc is supplied to the dc controller.
NOTE: During normal servicing of the machine it is important to turn the main power switch off prior to unplugging connectors, failure to do so can result in damaging circuits and degrading or blowing fuses on the fuse pcb.
I would just swap or Replace that FUSE PCB / very inexpensive pcb.
these FUSES are hard to check > because u need to have the power up + u need needle nose meter conectors
u can also try > remove memory-clean ends & re-seat them**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

Re: Problem with Canon IRC3200
Thanks for your valuable information, i have replaced the fuse pcb with the another now the problem is solved, but i am facing another issue the error e220-000 is coming, please tell me how to solve this issue.
Note: After replacing the fuse pcb, i have changed the micro switches in the front display unit, there is any chance for causing this error if i made mistake on the display unit
thanks in advance

Re: Problem with Canon IRC3200
imageRunner C3200 / E220 0000
is the Scan Lamp coming on during warm-up
Does the Error Code appears after the Scan Lamp has come on and illuminates to read the Standard White Plate. .
First try re-seating all the connections on the Inverter PCB, Interface PCB, Reader Controller PCB, and the CCD Unit.
check for a loss of a 24volts at J206, pins 1, 3 and 4 on the Reader Controller.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment
