    ir 2200

this one is getting hung up with print and incoming faxes. when I send a print job to the machine it goes through the motions and starts like it wants to print but it doesn't come out same goes for an incoming fax. I removed the fax option to see if that was the problem, replaced the hard drive, nic card and main pcb but no luck. I can ping the machine and I get a reply back but when I send a job over the job doesn't go through. any ideas appreciated. thx

Maybe try cleaning the contacts or replacing the Memory Dimms.

did u check the BOOT ROM

      check in Service Mode >
      Copier > Display > Version > PS/PCL / make sure u see a version# & not (--.--)

      so glass copies are ok
Network Connection LED Light "ON" Y/N

Perform an MMI clear *28*>Copier>Function>Clear>MMI /

****Clearing MMI will delete all mailboxes, IP Address, E-Mail setup, etc..
Be sure to print these items prior to performing MMI Clear.
make sure u have printed your USER P PRINT if needed for settings

reboot the unit and test it by sending print jobs
