Customer trying to copy something, and the color option says one color or two. Shouldn't there be an auto option?

Missing Full Color and Auto Color Select options from the drop-down screen on the Control Panel
If you are missing these options on the control panel go to
System Settings> scroll to page 4/4>
Color Mode for copy>make sure Use Auto Color is "on" and Auto Color Select is "on".
