Facing a funny problem with this unit iR7200. Previously our customer have a unit iRC3220 which no problem on printing with file on Microsoft Office 2007 such as Words, Excel, Power Point & PDF file.
Recently we have install another unit of this iR7200 for them. We have install the driver with version 8.85 when we printer test page no problem but now from Microsoft Office 2007 file from Excel, Power Point & PDF when we try to print there no printer found for iR7200 on it. For Words file is normal you can select the printer driver iR7200. Is the same computer they are using. Any idea what when wrong ?
