I just received a new developer and drum unit, which came in separately so i had to attach them together ( i hope i did it right), i installed the developer/drum into the machine, i had to give it a few pressure on it to slide in right, then installed the toner. Almost everytime i make copies it jams right below the developer unit. I am not so sure what is wrong, weather it is the new developer that i got or something else with the machine.

Oh, another thing I forgot to mention (I just remembered when I tried to make a copy using the copier) if you make one copy, it will start pulling in papers and printing them out (but blank) like two to four pages, and then it will Jam at the fuser (80% of the paper out of the fuser) and once I pull out that paper it will start printing out more blank copies until another paper Jam (at Fuser) and continues on like that. -

Sounds like the shutter covering the drum which is part of the dv unit is not open or the rear plastic guide on the frame to guide the drum in also breaks and can cause jamming since drum doesn't sit properly.Comment

Oh these fine pieces of Canon engineering are notorious for that sort of stuff.
We used to just rip the shutter off the dev unit because sooner or later, it will break and cause more issues. May as well get rid of it now.
Pull the drum/devo unit out and look down inside the machine and make sure the metal plate just past the reg roller is not warped or bent down. The metal is very soft and it is very easy for that to get bent, especially in the middle.
The other thing is to make sure back guide for the dev/drum unit is not broken and is in the correct position (it can slip or break and the unit won't be in the right spot, although this usually leads to the machine saying the drum is not set correctly).

I had this problem in the past, check your paper feed solenoid! The foam damper on the solenoid gets
sticky keeping the solenoid energized and causing multi feeds.Comment

I have not taken the shutter of the dev. Unit. I did however look for the metal plate but could not find on that is soft or that might be easy to bend, the ones I found near and the rollers are thick. The Guides are not broken, I checked it and they still are good. I just installed the dev.unit and made ONE copy, a whole bunch of BLANK papers started coming out. No Image on them.

You are right, I think that it is because of the solenoid that is causing it to print more than one copy. will check the solenoid.
