    [Jamming] iR3530 Jam~~~

    Hi, I got an iR3530 at first it will jam when i using paper size A4 but A4R run smooth without jam.
    But now both also jam serious, i have service the pick-up unit, roller....HELP~~

    I am assuming you have set the size correctly in the paper tray? (the paper size wheel).

      Pull out pick up assy from first cassete and inspect again.(check sensor and flag)
      If it ain't broke, don't fix it

        you posted 2 images one for the jam histroy tha indicates a stationary jam at ps10 and the other one is for a jamed paper in the fixing unit, Are you making multiple copies? Are you using different drawers for the A4 and A4R sizes?

          From the pic i see a lot of dirt and worn transfer roller.Probably you don't have any modification installed?!

                Hi~ no modification done before just never change~ is it possible transfer roller can cause paper jam??

                  Usually no.Let's start again.Post all jam codes from jam history and printer counter please and you will receive info what exactly need your printer.

                    ok no problem. jam history i know whr to get,but the printer counter is it the meter reading which gt service 1 & 2?
