irc 4080 fuser reset

    irc 4080 fuser reset

    Installled a new fuser, but the replace massage is still displayed, I cleared the fuser count. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Copier>Display>Fixing>FX-UHP and FX-LHP in service mode.
    If the values = 0, execute this Copier>Function>Fixing> FX-UHP-S and FX-LHP-S.


    if not check frame side connector

    also check these connections u remove when taking out unit

    FIX CONNECTIONS.JPG

    1-COPIER>FUNCTION>FIXING>FX-UHP-S
    wait for OK !!>then
    2-COPIER>FUNCTION>FIXING>FX-LHP-S
    wait for OK !!/ then exit out of service mode



    COPIER > FUNCTION > FIXING > FIX-UHP-S > OK
    COPIER > FUNCTION > FIXING > FIX-LHP-S > OK

    COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > FIX-BLT-U > CLEAR
    COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > FIX-BLT-L > CLEAR

      Thanks for reply teckat, Sure enough it was a 2pin connector thats pluged into one of those 2port junction connectors or whatever there called. I did'nt even notice that piece and pulled out the connector on the opposite side. Thanks
