    [Error Code] E100-001

    i have a ir 3035 copier which is giving me err E100-001 i have charged the reg clutch but still the code keeps on coming please advice

    This is Laser unit issue.Inspect laser and connectors or replace unit
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it

      chech the wire that open/close the laser shutter (it is connected to a lever that is controled by the right side door )

        I have charged the laser unit the error code still is coming just after it picks the paper then it jams with E100-001

            Check the ground on the registration roller, open the right door and on the front side of the registration roller is a silver ground strap, remove and clean the ground and the roller where it contacts the roller
