[Error Code] Ipf8300 - 03800501-2828

Hi!
I'm getting a error code 03800501-2828 and command to do a cleaning on head B. I've done a testprint nozzlecheck and it seems ok. Any tip what to do?

Verify the blue(cyan) inktank is seating properly. Replace the printhead. You are using oem ink cartridges I assume?

Hi, no only original ink! Always!! Printhead is changed for about a year ago and I was hoping that it wont be time for another already ;-( and made a test print from servicemode, nozzle check, all seems to be ok. Thanks for the tip!!

Sorry to say...but same again ... could I test the printhead in any way, in service mode?? Thanks in advance!!
