IR C2880 Wrinkling Paper

I have a C2880 that is wrinkling the last 2inches or so of the trail edge on 11x17 and Legal sized paper. We pulled the finisher out cleaned and checked all the rollers, checked the 3way guide and all the flaps, and checked the fuser. One of our senior techs believes there is a speed issue with how fast the finisher is pulling the paper and how fast the fuser is pushing the paper.

I swapped out the whole fuser assembly with a fresh rebuilt one off a machine that is running like a charm. The only other thing I can think to do is pull the 3way off and the finisher from another machine and swap them out. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, this thing is kicking our butts.

Yup the stock black damper pads where removed and replaced with the white ones. All the guides and flappers are moving as they should.

I have not tried that, instead of getting into the 3way at the customers place, I am going to just swap it out with one from a machine in our shop. If installing the other 3 way fixes the problem then I will look into that roller.

It just looks like a pain to get to.
