We have installed two IR3030 at our customer place, they have their own foxpro software. One IR3030 is printing everything from their software and all other applications but another one print everything except from their software. when ever they try to print it flashes the processing light and gone. i tried all different drivers PS, PCL, UFR but same. even i go check in the system monitor/print it shows ok but no detail.
We installed on the network both copiers.
Anyone knows what is the problem?? Help would be greatly appreciate
