    [Jamming] ImagePress C7000VP paper jam 010F

    ImagePress C7000VP I have an issue with intermittent paper jamming delay jam before ps 151 registration roller. Have replaced cross rolls. Could this be the feed rolls before the cross rolls causing the paper not to arrive in time? happens out of both trays 1 and 2. older machine.

      There are many reasons that a 010F Jam Code could occur, such as a bad PS151 Registration Sensor or its actuator and a weak or bad Registration Motor. (M164 (FK2-3127-000)

      Check the Registration Roller Bushings , see if tacky and gummy. Put some alcohol on the registration roller bushings /shafts and slid the rollers back and forth.
      Remove and clean all the bushings on the Registration Roller or replace all.

          I found a baffle missing a screw where the paper makes the turn that was restricting the paper from reaching the registration in time. thanks.
