Problematic FX3 Carts

I was looking for info if any of you may have had similar problems with FX3 carts splitting at the pins when removed from machines.

Wondering if this is a design flaw or my customer is a little to ruff when he says he gets paper jams and removes the cart or not able to print his faxes he then searches for problems and creates one?

That is a new one to me and we have been selling and servicing Canon faxes for years, good luck

Hi,
Never heard of this problem although I work a lot with them, and doing refills also. I think it's the customer's fault. When inserting/removing the FX3 cartridge, it has a slightly circular movement, the path is not straight.
