i have canon machine ir3100cn and i wanted to run photocopies but the paper come through the machine only full of black toner on it it does not do the copy. anyone can help me?

Just responded to your other post (E351 code) and saw this post. You've got a lot going on with a model that certainly was one of the worst machines Canon ever made(and I really like Canon boxes...but not that one). You might want to think twice before spending money on this model. Little confused----Your description says blank and your message text says black toner on copy. Do you have blank copies or black copies? That said....black copies 1. drum unit might need to be replaced 2. xfer belt cleaning blade assy might be bad. You should , in my opinion , replace that machine rather than repair.

I agree with blaze. The c3100 was extremely costly to keep running. You can buy a used 3380 for a thousand bucks and it would end up cheaper than a service call on the 3100's.
