    iR ADV C2020i

    Hello

    Hope you are all well, did a Konica course last week, that was interesting, anyhoo

    I am finding that the black Canon OEM drums are running to about 70% of life, this client does use heavier paper on occasion;

    When the drum goes a cdpy and the print is faded.

    In this scenario do I simply accept this and replace the drum, or can I increase voltage to the drum to float more toner?

    Thanks for the input in advance

    It seems like the Norm - Life about 36K anything over that is a bonus & good luck with warranty attempts too.
