[Error Code] iR2018 Error Code E247

Hi guys,

Have these problem with these machine iR2018 error code E247. I know the error code is related to serial number and counter p.c.b. I have make sure to fix back the original serial number and counter p.c.b to these machine but still appear the error code.

Is there anyway to reset back memory of the main controller p.c.b to accept back the original serial number and counter p.c.b ?

An error has been detected in the result of verifying the soft counter reading stored on the Counter Memory PCB and
SRAM.
Counter Memory PCB is a matched board with the Serial Number PCB and cannot be swapped with one from any other equipment. Doing so may change the error code and will not correct the problem


Replace Counter Memory PCB with new one. FM2-2799-000

Yeahh....change a new counter P.C.B problem solved. Save $$$ don't have to change the main controller P.C.B.

What a challenging week one problem after a another come. Any way thanks you guys for the information.
