I have a problem in IR 3570 with the cassette 1 size reading , the cassette 2 reading the size of the paper correctly, it is A3 size, but the cassette one the reading is LTR, I want to change it to A4,

There is a small switch you need to move in the cassette. Should be on the right side below the blue paper size dial. That will get rid of the US paper size and give you A4.

If you have the cassette pedestal unit you can swap tray 3 with tray 1 to eliminate the cassette as being the cause. (Can't do that with cass #2 or #4 because it's wider) If that doesn't do it.....Get ready to troubleshoot the size switches the drawer engages. Also, check behind the cassette for wadded up paper.

Blaze is talking about the little white vertical lever to the right of the blue size dial. It only has 2 positions, up and down. One way is inch size the other is a/b size
