    Ir105 Crinkling the paper

    Hi i am working on ir 105 its crinkling the paper .i replace both fuser rollers . check all paper path could not find any thing . Does any body know what might be causing the crinkling paper.and also its pulling multiple sheets from cassette i replace all pickups feed and separation rollers .if some one can help to solve this issue or provide any clue .

    Did you replace the bearings in the fuser?
    Are you using OEM rollers in the paper feed?

      yes all bearing and bushing all fee rollers were oem

            Damp paper. Yes try a new ream. Spring tension on fuser the same from end to end???

              check the fusing entrance guide plate for baken toner debris or burr. If the paper "smashes" against something like that, it will go skewed into the fusers causing the wrinkles.
              in case of multifeed, if replaced all rollers as you said, check torque limiter and pressure of the seperation roller; no feed--> pressure too low, multifeed--> pressure too high

                You may need to adjust the height of the fuser entrance guide especially if your not using OEM fuser rollers and maybe the nip pressure also.
