hello... hello technician friends well it have ir2318 if we copied 20 copy we have this error code * E000019-0002 ...we should be making this machine off ..and started again ..please help .

I think that unit is like the USA IR 2020 series. Replace the NPG-28 drum unit. I don't believe that model has a waste toner bottle. The waste toner is stored in the drum. Empty it or replace it. Other things to check----waste toner full sensor. If drum is not full....clean that sensor.

hi, my friend this error is a waste toner error . If the waste toner bottle is full the same must be changed. Other error code that are relative bottle the toner is E0013 for example in canon ir 1023.

Bottle? What bottle are you talking about? Empty or replace drum unit and be done with this problem. Or check that sensor.

Thank you all ....l check this drum unity l see this sensor is broken cause it is not in her place ...so l replace on by another and all is good .......l solve my problems ..again thank you all technician ..and l appreciated all your reply ...thanks .
