Canon MP640 error B200

Can anyone help me with sorting out this Print Head error. I have replaced the print head with a new genuine Canon part and the error is unchanged.
Is there any software available to diagnose the problem ? I can get the printer into Service Mode.

Also can be Carriage unit or Logic board. Don't waste your time.
