iR 6570 imbalance contrast between top halve and bottom halve of the page

It is a weird problem here. The top halve of the photocopied page has a fine quality contrast. The bottom halve of the page, however, is brighter.

I have tried adjusting the charges wire as well as replacing the whole unit but the problem persists.

Whenever I on/off the machine, the first few photocopied prints are fine. The bottom halve of the page only fades after a few copies.

How many prints has the mc done, check the drive to the Dev Unit, open Dev Unit - augers and mag roller free turning - mag sleeve clean - sufficient Toner in Dev Unit?

Adjusting Charge wires won't make any difference for an intermittent fault, however check for breakage or looseness of T/Sep HV Block on the rear of the drawer assy where the T/s unit fits in.
