    IRC3200 Black Comiung out Green

Only on copies. Prints are fine. Copies are grainy and black comes out greenish. Colors are fine. Test page is fine. Replaced transfer belt, blade and roller and all 4 drums for other issues but this problem was there before. I reseated the ribbon connectors from reader cont to interface. Did ccd adj, full gradation. If I select black for copy it comes out black but if I set it for full color or auto select black is green. All individual colors fine.

Perform COPIER/FUNCTION/CLEAR/RCON and re-enter values per door label. (I think the only service mode values you lose after the clear are FEEDER/ADJUST/LA-SPEED & DOC-STOP, also in COPIER/OPTION/BODY/SNS-CNF make sure its set to 1)

Did u or someone clear R CON or have u checked the RCON LABEL SETTINGS

      CCDU-RG/GB
Used to enter color shift compensation value in sub-scanning direction (between R and G/G and B for document reading dependent on CCD unit + lens).
      Adjustment
      • If you have cleared the reader controller PCB’s RAM or replaced the method reader controller PCB, enter the value on the service label.
      • If you have replaced the CCD unit, enter the value on the label attached to the CCD unit (also enter this value on the service label).
Adjustment –1000 to 1000 (Value at time of factory shipment: Factory-measured range value)
      (Value after RAM clear: 0)
      Note:
Of the color shift in the sub-scanning direction generated by the read optics, the amount dependent on the CCD unit + lens is compensated by adjusting the 3-line CCD sensor’s compensation amount between R and G.
Image compensation is performed by image processing by the main controller PCB.

      CL-R-RG/GB
Used to enter the color shift compensation value (during normal reading in color mode) in the sub-scanning direction.
      Adjustment
      • If you have cleared the reader controller PCB’s RAM or replaced the method reader controller PCB, enter the value on the service label.
Adjustment –1000 to 1000 (Value at time of factory shipment: Factory-measured range value)
      (Value after RAM clear: 0)
      Note:
During normal reading in color mode, the color shift in the sub-scanning direction due entirely to the reader unit is compensated by adjusting the 3-line CCD sensor’s compensation amount between R and G/G and B.
Image compensation is performed by image processing by the main controller PCB.

      BW-R-RG/GB
Used to enter the color shift compensation value (during normal reading in black and white mode) in the sub-scanning direction.
      Adjustment
      • If you have cleared the reader controller PCB’s RAM or replaced the method reader controller PCB, enter the value on the service label.

      CLF-R-RG/GB
Used to enter the color shift compensation value (during high-speed reading in color mode) in the sub-scanning direction.
      Adjustment
      • If you have cleared the reader controller PCB’s RAM or replaced the method reader controller PCB, enter the value on the service label.

Title : Processed Black looks Green, only when Copying

                Problem :
Processed black looks green, only when copying. Printed images come out ok.

After replacing the following, processed black still looked green.
All Drums, Reader Controller, CCD, Lamp, Interface and Inverter PCB's. Also the DC and Main Controllers and Cable from Reader to Printer were replaced.

                Solution :

Replacing the ribbon cables from the Reader PCB to the Interface PCB corrected the problem.

Absolutely nothing. But they will get wiped out when performing the RCON clear I recommended.
