[Misc] Canon w8400 no magenta

Hi there people.

I have a canon w8400, that for some reason does not want to feed the magenta ink through. I have replaced the head and the purge unit. I'm getting no error code. When the purge unit kicks in and then draws the ink through they all fill except this color?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
One thought was that the head isn't lining up correctly over the purge unit? Would this cause such an error.
