Check your Service Mode values for COPIER>DISPLAY>DENS>PCH-LED 1,2,3
They should all be a similar value, if one is 240 the Drum Patch Sensor shutter is not being opened all the way, check the solenoid / armature at the rear side of the Processing Unit for defects. Since this requires removing a heavy chunk of the machine, usually techs like to just remove the Drum Patch Sensor shutter and see if the code goes away to prove it first. However this is for troubleshooting only, you cannot leave this shutter off because the sensor will get dirty very quickly.
If the code doesn't change, try replacing D kit harness (part number FM2-261 5-000) . Very common for this harness to go bad as you have to pull on it to remove the drum...

Well yes, just slide the Drum unit out and clean that sensor (and make sure the metal shutter covering the sensor is working properly.) Most likely the PCH-LED2 is referring to the CENTER sensor of the three, which may indicate it's just dirty. Good Luck!

I solved the problem I just pulled out drum unit, cleaned sensors and now everything is fine. PCH-LED2 is now 143. Thank you very much.
