[Misc] IR2525 loses Address Book entries after power failure

I have 2 IR 2525 copiers that are doing the same thing. If they lose power, either an outage or the machine just gets unplugged, then it will lose a lot of the addresses that are in the address book for the scan to desktop feature. It doesn't go back to a completely empty list but it loses everything that was added since the last outage. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

sounds like a power issue/ have u check your location outlets ??

also on this printer u can use a Voltage Checker PCB Assembly

video below shows how to properly connect and use the Voltage Checker PCB assembly.
for All models requiring the use of the Voltage Checker PCB Assembly
With the introduction of the new type PCB / Harness connectors, commonly referred to as "Bubble Gum" connectors, it improved harness connections but also made taking voltage measurements difficult. This tool enables technicians to perform voltage measurements without causing damage to the harness or wires.

The part number for the tool is FY9-4050-000

My guess is that you are misssing a secondary battery usually installed behind main controller when installing send.

      Hope this helps
