[Jamming] IR3300 Jam paper

My IR3300 shows paper jam in main unit....but when i check, there is no paper at main unit....
Jam code are :0617 1310 FFFF 0 0A01 0 0

Hello,

The jam code is 0A01.

0A : Power-on stationary jam.
01 : At registration sensor PS10.

Clean or replace sensor PS10.
