    Anyone help me about this problem.

    IRC 3200 makes double image that black cyan magenta yellow all four colors not focused.
    Black cyan magenta yellow make 5mm move down each color.
    If I make black copy it is very good copy quality coming out.
    Also other color copy is ok if made only one color.
    The machine had problem of transfer belt drive gear.
    The transfer belt drive gear teeth were broken and it was changed.
    I think after that problem came. But I am not sure.
    Please anyone help me.

    Thank you.

    you should get alot of replies on this. Quick and short response from me.
    remove itb, clean all rollers check tension etc. and bushings and bearings if all looks good, easy fix is clear dc controller. re input values.
    make sure all system software is up to date

      If that doesn't work or fixes the problem temporarily, replace the ITB Assembly.

            you checked it but did you clean anything on the inside of the ITB.. in some cases it is because the drive rollers are dirty and they are inside the ITB and also the fuser can be causing this and the ITB cleaning asm...... also the ITB drive gear could be bad (worn)...then do a dc con clear...

              You have to take the belt off the ITB unit and thoroughly clean the front and rear rollers (one metal, one rubber), if the rubber roller feels smooth and not grippy then you haven't cleaned it well enough.

              Before doing a dc controller clear you should print out the service data so you can re-input it.

              Copier -> Function -> Misc-P -> P-Print

              will output all the service settings, then:

              Copier -> Function -> Clear -> DC-CON

              will clear the settings, it is very important you have the settings recorded before you do this else you can really mess up the machine.

              Then goto Copier -> Adjust and re-input all the values on the pages you printed out in the earlier step.

              It is not unknown to have to do this 8-11 times to get it to clear properly.

              The other area to check is to remove each laser assembly and verify the shutter cams on them are aligned properly (hard to demonstrate without a picture).
              No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.
