    Hi,
You need to change those three separation claws from the drum unit (AP Kit ), and verify the reciprocating mechanism where the claws are mounted.

      Hombre:
Those sep claws are only there for back up and under normal operation the paper should never come anywhere near them. If the paper is "fly and come inside the drum housing and waste toner collection" then there is definate separation failure.

      Petrus:
Double and triple check the trans/separtion corona assembly, it can arc to the frame or thru the blocks if it is dirty or just aged. Try replacing the complete corona assembly if possible. Check also the block and cable on the frame.

Another thing to try is remove the pretrans corona and see if that helps. An arcing pretrans can bring down the separation coro. The copier will workk just fine, temporarily, without the pre-trans coro unit.
