IR 5870Ci

this is my first time of installing IR5870Ci and believe me i couldn't install the DV units...now i want to know if there is a special procedure to release the the drum unit. any info is appreciated

If you don't know the procedure, I'd get a manual because there are a bunch of screws on that unit and only about 4 or 5 of them are needed to pull that unit.

There are too many tricks to that unit to just try to wing it. You'll be there all day and tomorrow trying to figure it out. You need a manual or personalized instruction.
