[Error Code] Canon IRC 1021 E000015

Hello. I'm getting this error code in canon 1021. Does anybody knows what is the problem. I put machine apart previously (on the right side)becouse i needed to change the lever for toner/drums that was broken, so i'ts possible I didn't put it back in order.
