    [Jamming] iR3300(2200)

    Hi all~~ please take a look of jam history. Help me...please.
    Sometime it will jam then need open and close all the cover and door. But no paper inside.

    Check Error History for possible E007 codes - could be Fixing Film torn, replace PS13 and/or 12.

      ps13 fixing feed sensor iether something is jammed there as it is a stationary jam and one is a power on jam. C ould be a brken sensor arm in the fuser or the flag spring often needs an extra wrap if it doesnt return quick enough good luck.If all else fails swapping out the fuser will work

        2nd what danno said. Have seen older machines have the sensor arm stick in the cut out of the fuser exit guide. Had to shave out the cut out, and put another wrap on the spring of the actuator. Was a intermittent problem the times I seen it.

          Thx guys, the error history does appear E007 this fixing film problem. Hmm.. i will try to do on the sensors.

              oh yeah. just like wat u said. is fixing film faulty,hahaha. And i have done service the finisher J1, wait and see either it will come out same erre code or not. Thx very much guys.
