I assume you've already tried blowing that sensor clean. An extra wrap on the spring for that sensor flag most often solves the issue. Sometimes people get that error after replacing the fixing film with an aftermarket film because they don't use enough grease on the new sleeve.

Does the Dial on the front of the paper cassette correspond to the paper orientation?

Yes sir its responding on it. before, A4 size I change unto A4R I thought it's on the orientation, but same problem (paper jam 0107, PS13). I notice that every paper jam there is a middle fold on paper (around 1 inch) any size.. Thanks for your reply by the way sir... I hope it will solve my long time problem..

it might be the solenoid on your pick up deck, overtime the sponge on the solenoid becomes sticky and disrupt the timing of the pick up deck. please let us know if this solves your problem

The following are some actual fixes from other Techs in the field - hope it helps.

Symptom
An intermittent delay jam code of 0107 and a stationary jam code of 0201 are occurring.

Action
The problem was resolved, after focusing on the Registration Clutch. The support plate pin for the registration clutch had snapped off. The clutch plate is located behind the Main drive assembly of the machine.

• FC5-1087-000 PLATE: iR3225/3025/2270/2870

Symptom
Leading edge sits near reg roller, trailing edge is a bit crumpled. jams in right hand vertical path.

Cause
Registration clutch does not release the paper in time.

Action
Registration clutch was changed pn FK2-0361-000.
..
Symptom
When the side paper deck-Q1 was unplugged, 0107 jams occurred from upper or lower cassettes every 10-200 copies. When the side paper deck-Q1 was plugged in, we would get 0107 jams out of upper or lower cassettes every 17-50 and side paper deck every 7 copies. From manual feed there were no jams.
Technician replaced right side door, put an extra spring wrap on pre-registration sensor flag. Also replaced cassette 1 feed unit. Cleared the DC controller PCB. Replaced registration clutch. If Technician changed COPIER > ADJUST > FEED-ADJ > LOOP-CST to 127 or maximum, both the cassettes and side paper deck would feed over 300 each without a Jam. None of these actions resolved the issue.

Action
Replacing the registration sensor PS9 (WG8-5783-000) corrected the issue.
